FRED Paris seeks an internship candidate for a 6-month Public Relations & Communications role supporting press relations and events across global markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily press shipment coordination and scheduling for French media photography shoots
  • Coordinate the dispatch and return of product samples (shoppings) to international press partners
  • Prepare and distribute press releases and media kits across all market segments
  • Produce jewelry market press reviews for France and international markets
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Public Relations, responding to French and international media inquiries through partner PR agencies
  • Participate in the planning and execution of recurring public relations events designed to enhance brand image
  • Support influencer relations campaigns and visibility operations targeting brand positioning
  • Assist with the organization of PR events across France and international markets
  • Maintain and update influencer and media contact databases under supervision
  • Monitor media coverage and influencer activity relevant to the brand

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in business school or equivalent university qualification
  • Demonstrated strong interest in the luxury sector
  • Proficiency in English (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a press or public relations department (preferred)

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 900 to EUR 1,300 per month.

One day of remote work per week after three months of tenure (subject to manager approval); six days of paid authorized absences; meal vouchers valued at €10 per working day with 60% coverage provided by the maison; public transportation subsidy covered at 50% by the maison.
