FRED Internship: Marketing Coordinator position in Paris, France. Six-month marketing operations internship within luxury jewelry sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate the annual 360 marketing plan and international events calendar, including activity schedules and activation timelines
- Coordinate the development of headquarters guidelines and oversee their deployment across marketing teams in regional markets, tracking validation milestones
- Coordinate the preparation of 360 Marketing Committee meetings to present regional market performance and upcoming initiatives to stakeholders
- Facilitate 360 marketing meetings between headquarters and regional market teams, supporting the implementation of global and local initiatives
- Formalize and ensure clear communication of guidelines essential to 360 program implementation across markets; consolidate feedback and post-event reports to drive continuous improvement of activations
- Conduct competitive monitoring and intelligence gathering on market trends, trade marketing innovations, and prepare benchmark analyses for key seasonal periods (Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, Holiday Season, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business school or equivalent university qualification
- Strong interest in international and rapidly evolving environments
- Team player with collaborative mindset
- Rigor, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Prior experience in an operational marketing department within the luxury or jewelry sector is advantageous

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 900 to EUR 1,300 per month.
