Fred is seeking a Legal Intern to support its legal team with commercial, distribution, partnership, supply, IT and intellectual property contracts, legal research, and litigation matters. This six-month, full-time internship is based on-site in Paris and starts in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts, including distribution, commercial, partnership, designer, service, supply, IT and intellectual property rights assignment contracts; participate in related negotiations where applicable.
- Manage contract signatures and record signed contracts in the contract database.
- Conduct legal research and prepare consultations.
- Assist with pre-litigation and litigation matters.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 900 to EUR 1,300 per month.
