Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the construction and monitoring of the annual skills development plan, including needs assessment and consolidation with managers
• Assist in the implementation of the training catalogue: planning, coordination with training providers, participant registration and scheduling, and administrative follow-up
• Maintain and monitor a reliable training database encompassing participants, sessions, costs, and evaluations, and produce relevant reporting
• Track L&D indicators (activity, satisfaction, completion rates) and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Support the learner experience on the 360Learning platform: session and learning path creation, registration management, and learner communications
• Participate in the creation and updating of training materials, communications, and basic e-learning modules
• Contribute to the organization of onboarding days and the monitoring of new employee integration programmes
• Monitor emerging trends and innovations in learning and development to propose relevant improvements

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional discretion
• Proficiency with digital tools and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel pivot tables
• Prior experience in HR or training environments is advantageous
