FRED Paris seeks a Learning & Development Assistant (work-study, Sept 2026) within LVMH's Jewelry Division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the construction and monitoring of the annual skills development plan, including needs assessment and consolidation with managers
- Assist in the implementation of the training catalogue: planning, coordination with training providers, participant registration and scheduling, and administrative follow-up
- Maintain and monitor a reliable training database encompassing participants, sessions, costs, and evaluations, and produce relevant reporting
- Track L&D indicators (activity, satisfaction, completion rates) and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Support the learner experience on the 360Learning platform: session and learning path creation, registration management, and learner communications
- Participate in the creation and updating of training materials, communications, and basic e-learning modules
- Contribute to the organization of onboarding days and the monitoring of new employee integration programmes
- Monitor emerging trends and innovations in learning and development to propose relevant improvements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional discretion
- Proficiency with digital tools and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel pivot tables
- Prior experience in HR or training environments is advantageous
