FRED (LVMH) in Paris seeks a Learning & Development Assistant (apprenticeship) starting Sept 2026 to support training, 360Learning and onboarding.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager at headquarters and contribute within a six-person HR team to planning and implementing learning and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the construction and follow-up of the annual skills development plan (needs collection, consolidation, coordination with managers).
  • Assist in operating the training catalogue: schedule courses, coordinate with training providers, manage registrations/convocations and handle administrative and logistical tasks.
  • Maintain a reliable training database (participants, sessions, costs, evaluations) and produce regular reporting.
  • Monitor L&D KPIs (activity, satisfaction, completion rates) and propose process improvements for continuous enhancement.
  • Administer the 360Learning platform: create sessions and learning paths, manage enrollments, communications and reminders.
  • Participate in creating and updating learning content (training materials, communications, basic e-learning modules).
  • Support onboarding days and follow the integration pathway for new hires.
  • Conduct market watch on learning trends and innovations to recommend relevant improvements.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Bac+4/5 (Master-level) program in Human Resources, Business School, University or IEP.
  • Available to start in September 2026 and able to follow the alternance rhythm (preferred 3 weeks company/1 week school or 4 days/1 day).
  • High standards of rigour, organisation, service orientation and confidentiality, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with digital tools; proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables) and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous internship or first experience in HR or training is a plus.
