FRED — Learning & Development Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Paris. Apprenticeship role in HR L&D supporting training operations, 360Learning and onboarding (Sept 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR Head of Learning & Development in planning and implementing the annual skills development plan: collect needs, consolidate requests and support managerial prioritisation.
- Coordinate the training catalogue: schedule sessions, liaise with external providers, manage enrolments and participant communications, and handle administrative and logistical tasks.
- Maintain and update a reliable training database (participants, sessions, costs, evaluations) and contribute to regular reporting.
- Monitor L&D KPIs (activity, satisfaction, completion rates) and propose process improvements for learning operations.
- Administer the 360Learning platform: create sessions and learning paths, manage registrations, and manage communications and follow-ups.
- Contribute to the creation and update of learning content, including training materials, communications and simple e‑learning modules.
- Assist in organising onboarding days and track the integration journey of new hires.
- Maintain external market vigilance on learning trends and innovations to recommend relevant enhancements.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program (HR, business school, university, IEP) — Masters level studies in HR or related fields.
- Strong organisational discipline, attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset; high standards of confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a small HR team and with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable with digital tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (PivotTables).
- Prior exposure to HR or training programs is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Available to start September 2026; preferred alternance rhythm: 3 weeks in company / 1 week at school or 4 days / 1 day.

Entry-level / apprentice: no significant previous professional experience required; a first internship or experience in HR/training is a plus.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master's level) in Human Resources, Business School, University or equivalent (IEP or comparable).
