FRED seeks a Jewellery Sales Associate (CDD) in Saint-Tropez — join the boutique to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Maison by delivering impeccable welcome and personalised service to French and international clients.
- Drive boutique revenue and consistently exceed commercial targets through proactive selling, upselling and clienteling.
- Develop and qualify the client database to recruit and retain high-value customers and support CRM-driven initiatives.
- Manage boutique presentation and scenography: prepare window displays, ensure correct product presentation and uphold brand image standards.
- Support boutique operations including after‑sales service (SAV), back‑office tasks and use of retail applications.
- Work collaboratively with the boutique team to maintain a high‑performance retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in luxury retail sales (jewellery, watchmaking, leather goods or accessories).
- Excellent personal presentation and polished interpersonal skills, comfortable with an international clientele.
- Fluent English (mastery of English is indispensable).
- Organised, rigorous and autonomous with a strong sense of commercial drive and customer service excellence.
- Proven ability to use retail applications and to manage client databases effectively.

Experience
Minimum three years in luxury retail or boutique sales, ideally in jewellery or watchmaking; demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
