Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing 360 Manager in executing the annual global Marketing 360 plan and the international events calendar.
- Coordinate the development and deployment of HQ guidelines to market teams and manage validation retro-planning.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of Marketing 360 committee materials reporting on past activations and presenting future objectives.
- Animate and participate in cross-functional Marketing 360 meetings with HQ and market teams to support global and local initiatives.
- Draft and distribute essential implementation guidelines for Market programs; consolidate feedback and produce post-event reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitive monitoring and synthesize market trends, trade-marketing innovations and benchmark reports for key seasonal moments (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Holiday Season).
- Liaise with product, communication, press, visual merchandising, client services, supply chain, logistics and finance teams to ensure cohesive implementation across the Maison.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a master's program at a business school or equivalent university degree.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced skills in PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational rigor, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team spirit and demonstrated interest in international, fast-moving environments.
- Previous internship or experience within operational marketing in the luxury or jewellery sector is a plus.
- Available for a full-time, six-month internship starting July 2026.

Entry-level. No prior professional experience required, though previous internships or experience in operational marketing within luxury goods or jewellery will be considered an advantage.

Compensation
