FRED (LVMH) seeks Internal Control & Compliance Officer in Paris. Master's degree, 5+ years experience (audit/corporate), fluent English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and strengthen internal control mechanisms across key operational processes, identifying risks and supporting teams in implementing robust daily and project-based controls
  • Manage internal control documentation including policies, procedures, risk-control matrices, and testing protocols to ensure currency and effective application
  • Validate access requests to sensitive IT systems to guarantee proper segregation of duties across the organization
  • Deploy and oversee operational procedure guides for FRED boutiques
  • Advance SAPIN II regulatory compliance efforts (anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, gifts and donations, conflict of interest management)
  • Serve as primary liaison to LVMH Group's Internal Control and Compliance Departments, coordinating annual ERICA self-assessment campaigns and internal audit missions
  • Support and mentor internal control and compliance focal points across subsidiaries and shared service centers
  • Develop and deliver employee awareness initiatives including training sessions, reminders, and annual conflict-of-interest declarations
  • Manage the gifts register and coordinate periodic external audit missions (e.g., Responsible Jewellery Council audits)

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Business School or University) or equivalent, with specialization in Audit or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience combining audit firm background with corporate-level roles, preferably in retail and international contexts
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Familiarity with SAP systems (preferred)
  • Fluent English (essential)
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a constraint-driven environment and propose solutions proactively
