FRED — Paris: Industrialization Project Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Methods & Continuous Improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Methods & Continuous Improvement engineers on new-product development and multi-sourcing projects.
- Assist project teams in risk analysis activities and help deploy and formalize risk analysis tools and documentation.
- Produce 3D definition and design drawings (Rhino and SolidWorks) to support engineering requirements.
- Formalize manufacturing routings and bill of materials and register finished-product nomenclatures in the PLM.
- Support the launch and monitoring of validation tests and follow-up of validation campaigns.
- Contribute to Methods department budgeting for assigned projects and assist with budget tracking.
- Develop and maintain the Methods process book and validate inspection tools managed by the service.
- Improve control-tool monitoring; participate in laboratory operations (3D printing, tooling, orders) alongside the responsible engineer.
- Take part in pole structuring initiatives and continuous improvement projects across industrialization.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering programme or equivalent (Industrial Engineering, Methods, Mechanical Engineering, Continuous Improvement) or similar technical training.
- Practical knowledge of 3D modelling and technical drawing using SolidWorks and/or Rhino.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and clear verbal/written communication.
- Curious, rigorous, organized, able to take initiative and eager to learn.
- An interest in product and the luxury jewelry sector is an advantage.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for students or recent trainees seeking an apprenticeship in industrialization, methods or manufacturing engineering.
Education
Engineering student (in progress) or equivalent technical diploma in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, methods or continuous improvement.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1002.67 to EUR 1823.03 per month.
Benefits
Monthly remuneration between €1,002.67 and €1,823.03 (age-dependent); one remote work day per week after three months' seniority with manager agreement; meal vouchers worth €10 per working day, 60% employer-paid.
