FRED in Paris seeks an HR Projects Manager (Compensation & Benefits & Legal) for a 12‑month contract — hybrid role in Ile‑de‑France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead transversal HR projects from scoping through delivery, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external advisors.
- Drive Compensation & Benefits initiatives: benchmark salary and benefits competitiveness, refine global remuneration policy, implement budget tracking tools and conduct market salary studies.
- Own the Pay Transparency project for the maison, ensuring compliance, communication and implementation across the organisation.
- Manage Legal HR activities: maintain legal and social law monitoring, adapt internal practices, and deploy ethics & compliance projects.
- Prepare and support social negotiations with the CSE (Comité Social et Économique) and contribute to the redesign of internal regulations and HR policies (internal rules, D&I, onboarding, etc.).
- Design and deliver reporting and governance for C&B and HR legal programmes to senior management.
- Support change management and stakeholder communication during transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrable ownership of C&B and HR legal topics.
- Proven track record in HR project management and delivering cross-functional programmes.
- Strong knowledge of French labour law and social dialogue, including experience interacting with employee representatives (CSE).
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels.
- Analytical rigor, autonomy, ability to prioritise and a proactive mindset for process improvement.

Experience
At least 5 years in HR roles with substantive experience in compensation & benefits and HR legal/compliance; proven delivery of HR transformation or governance projects in a complex organisation.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or equivalent; master's degree or specialised training in compensation, employment law or HR management preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
