FRED (LVMH) — Paris: HR Assistant (Work‑Study / Alternance) starting Sept 2026. Entry‑level role supporting HR projects, recruitment and admin.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the HR EMEA team on structuring HR projects across payroll, recruitment, training and legal topics; track milestones and contribute to project delivery.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Participate in end‑to‑end recruitment activities: publish job adverts, screen CVs, pre‑qualify candidates and conduct interviews.
  • Contribute to recruitment initiatives and continuous improvement projects (recruitment processes, employee referral programmes, harmonisation of practices, careers site).
  • Perform day‑to‑day HR administration: maintain employee files, follow up on performance evaluation processes, prepare correspondence and HR documentation.
  • Provide operational, multi‑functional support to HR team members and assist with ad‑hoc HR tasks as required by the service.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master’s level HR programme (Bac+4/5) or equivalent work‑study course.
  • First professional HR experience (internship or previous alternance) is expected.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Organised, rigorous and service‑oriented with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
