FRED — Paris: HR Assistant (Apprenticeship) starting Sept 2026. Apprenticeship in HR supporting EMEA projects, recruitment and administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to and drive HR projects across payroll, recruitment, training and legal topics, ensuring milestones and deadlines are respected.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for HR initiatives to guarantee timely delivery and alignment with EMEA HR strategy.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: publish job adverts, screen CVs, perform pre-qualification and participate in candidate interviews.
- Assist in developing recruitment projects and initiatives (recruitment processes, referral programmes, harmonisation of practices, careers site updates).
- Provide operational HR support including maintenance of employee files, monitoring of probation periods, preparation of HR correspondence and general administrative tasks.
- Deliver polyvalent support to HR team members and participate in routine operational activities as required by the service.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s-level HR programme (Bac+4/5) or equivalent at the start of the apprenticeship.
- Prior HR exposure through internship or previous alternance strongly preferred.
- Professional discretion, rigor, intellectual curiosity and a strong service orientation.
- Proactive mindset with the capacity to propose practical improvements to HR processes.
- Fluent English required; effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Entry-level; candidate should have at least one prior HR internship or alternance experience or demonstrable exposure to HR tasks.
Education
Master’s-level studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent (Bac+4/5) — enrolment in an apprenticeship programme required.
