Role & Responsibilities
- Support the EMEA HR Manager in the delivery and roll‑out of strategic HR projects (payroll, recruitment, learning & development, legal compliance).
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Participate in end‑to‑end recruitment activities: draft and publish job postings, screen CVs, pre‑qualify candidates and conduct interviews.
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements (referral schemes, harmonisation of practices, careers site initiatives).
- Perform day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks: maintain employee files, follow up on personnel processes (e.g., probation), prepare correspondence and personnel documentation.
- Provide versatile operational support to the HR team according to business priorities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s level HR programme (Bac+4/5) or equivalent work‑study curriculum.
- First experience in HR via internship or previous alternance is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- High standards of discretion, rigour and professionalism.
- Proactive mindset with strong curiosity and client‑service orientation.

Experience
Entry‑level; previous internship or alternance in an HR function preferred. Comfortable working within a small regional HR team.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s) programme in Human Resources or equivalent.
