Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and process archival collections through optimization, enrichment, and indexing on the DAM platform
• Classify and track non-processed archives; collect primary and secondary source materials
• Develop and optimize collections databases and create documentary work files
• Conduct thematic archival research and documentary studies
• Support physical and digital inventory management of the house's private jewelry collection
• Assess condition of pieces and track physical and digital movements
• Monitor and analyze vintage FRED pieces on secondary markets
• Participate in acquisition proposals to expand collections
• Draft museum space storytelling guidelines for boutique installations
• Assist in content creation including training tools, newsletters, exhibition texts, and materials
• Manage heritage requests from internal departments (Customer Service, Marketing, Communications, After-Sales Service)
• Support internal presentations and monitor heritage news from other luxury houses

Qualifications

• Educational background in heritage professions (Master's in Archives, Documentation, or Collections Management) or interdisciplinary studies combining art history with management or commerce
• Demonstrated interest in jewelry heritage
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in a luxury house heritage department (preferred)

Skills

Experience

Entry-level or recently graduated professionals with foundational knowledge of heritage, archives, and collections management are welcomed. Prior exposure to luxury brand heritage departments is advantageous but not required.

Education

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Archives, Documentation, Collections Management, Heritage Studies, Art History, or related interdisciplinary fields combining cultural heritage with management or commerce.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 900 to EUR 1,300 per month.

Benefits

Monthly stipend of €900–€1,300 gross; one day of remote work per week after three months and managerial approval; six paid absence days annually; meal vouchers valued at €10 per working day with 60% employer contribution; 50% employer contribution to public transportation subscriptions.
