Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the management and processing of the archive collection, including optimization, enrichment, and indexing using the DAM tool.
- Classify and monitor the processing of untreated archives and collect additional primary or secondary sources.
- Develop and optimize databases by creating documentary files of works.
- Conduct scientific research on archives, including thematic documentary studies.
- Assist in the physical and digital management of the private collection of the Maison's pieces, including inventory maintenance and physical conditioning.
- Monitor and analyze the presence of vintage Maison pieces in the secondary market.
- Contribute to acquisition proposals to enrich the collection.
- Draft storytelling guidelines for Museum spaces within boutiques and assist in content creation for training tools and internal newsletters.
- Support the drafting and proofreading of texts and tools for exhibition projects.
- Manage requests from various internal departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Communication.
- Participate in the creation of internal presentations and monitor the heritage activities of other Maisons.
Qualifications
- Background in heritage professions (master's in archives/documentation/collection management) and/or multidisciplinary background (combining art history & management/commerce).
- Sensitivity to the world of jewelry.
- Interest in heritage and scientific archive research.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and analytical sense.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is appreciated.
- Experience in a heritage department of a private house is a plus.

No prior experience required, though experience in a heritage department of a private house is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in archives, documentation, collection management, or a related field.

Compensation
Monthly stipend of €1,300 gross.
Benefits
