Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Internal Control function by mapping key processes and identifying operational and compliance risks.
• Assist operational teams in designing and implementing effective day‑to‑day controls and in new projects.
• Maintain and organise core documentation: procedures, risk matrices and testing files.
• Deploy and monitor operational procedures across retail boutiques, including discount policy testing.
• Contribute to SAPIN II compliance work: draft procedures and prepare training materials on anti‑corruption, AML, gifts, donations and conflicts of interest.
• Coordinate training follow‑ups, reminders and awareness communications; create and monitor compliance newsletters.
• Manage administrative compliance tasks such as the annual conflicts of interest campaign and the gifts register.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (Business School, IAE or University) in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Prior internship or first experience in finance, internal control or audit preferred (Big 4 experience valued).
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Strong written communication, organisation, curiosity, rigour and proactive attitude.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Experience

Early‑career. Candidate should be a Master’s student with ideally a first internship or work placement in finance, internal control or audit; prior experience within a Big 4 audit firm is an advantage.

Education

Master’s degree candidate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Audit or a related field.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,300 per month.

Benefits

€1,300 gross monthly stipend; one day remote work per week after three months subject to manager approval; 6 paid authorised absence days; meal vouchers €10/day (60% employer contribution); transport subscription covered at 50%.
