Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Distribution & Coordination Planner in daily operational tasks during a four-month internship (September–December 2026).
  • Liaise with regional markets to respond to product availability requests and provide visibility on stock.
  • Manage high-demand SKUs by initiating transfer requests to fulfil client presentations and confirmed sales.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (quality, stock services and market contacts) to ensure smooth inter-market transfers.
  • Prepare and update databases required for the department’s operations and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Enter stock regularisation orders into SAP and ensure timely availability of pieces for market events.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within distribution and planning processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or holding a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) with a specialisation in Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to process and reconcile large datasets.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Proven organisational skills and a methodical approach to task management.
  • Collaborative team player with a professional attitude; adaptability in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
