Fred is seeking a Distribution and Coordination Planning Assistant for a six-month internship from January 2027 to the end of June 2027 in Paris. The role supports market requests, product transfers and availability, stock adjustment orders in SAP, and continuous improvement projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Interact with markets, respond to their requests, and provide visibility into product availability.
- Manage products in short supply by initiating transfer requests to support client presentations and confirmed sales.
- Update databases required for the department to operate effectively.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including Quality and Stock teams and market contacts, to ensure inter-market transfers run smoothly.
- Make products available on time to support markets during their events.
- Enter stock adjustment orders in SAP.
- Support a range of continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bac +4/5 qualification with a Supply Chain specialisation.
- Numerical aptitude, including the ability to process and cross-reference large volumes of data, and an affinity for products.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; SAP proficiency is an advantage.
- Fluent English.
- Recognised for a team-oriented approach.

Benefits
