FRED internship: Distribution & Coordination Planning Assistant in Paris. Supply chain support role under LVMH Watches & Jewelry division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Interact with markets and respond to product availability requests, ensuring visibility across distribution channels
- Manage products under tension by initiating transfer requests to support client presentations and confirmed sales
- Update and maintain all databases required for departmental operations
- Coordinate with quality, stock, and market teams to ensure smooth inter-market transfer execution
- Ensure timely availability of pieces to support market events and promotional activities
- Enter stock regularization orders into SAP
- Provide support on continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bac+4/5 degree with Supply Chain specialization or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to process and cross-reference large volumes of data
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Fluent English proficiency
- Team-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational abilities
