Six-month CRM campaign internship at FRED jewelry, Paris. Execute luxury customer communications, analytics, and client activation. €900–€1,300/month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and manage multilingual newsletter campaigns (French and English) for all markets, including copywriting, asset selection, translation coordination, email platform integration, audience targeting, BAT testing, and deployment via marketing automation tools
- Coordinate communications and campaign execution with Image, Social Media, E-commerce, and external creative agency teams
- Develop and implement personalized one-to-one customer messages within clienteling tools for the sales force
- Monitor and report campaign performance metrics via business intelligence tools
- Consolidate monthly performance reports for senior management and regional markets
- Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmark analyses on CRM best practices and customer experience strategies
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of a Master's degree from a business school, equivalent university program, or engineering school
- Demonstrated strong interest in jewelry and luxury retail customer relationship management
- Excellent written and oral communication in both French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 900 to EUR 1,300 per month.

Monthly stipend of €900–€1,300 gross. One day of remote work per week after three months of tenure (subject to manager approval). Six paid days of authorized absence annually.
