FRED internship: CRM Campaign & Data Analyst role in Paris. 6-month position supporting customer engagement, newsletters, and campaign analytics for luxury jewelry maison. January 2027 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage newsletter campaigns across all geographic markets, including copywriting in French and English, asset coordination, translation oversight, and email platform integration using marketing automation tools
- Coordinate communications and campaign logistics with image, social media, ecommerce, and creative agency departments
- Develop and deploy personalized one-to-one messaging for the sales force through clienteling systems to drive customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze one-to-many and one-to-one campaign performance metrics using business intelligence tools
- Consolidate and deliver monthly performance reports and market analysis to senior leadership
- Conduct data-driven customer behavior analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform CRM and customer experience strategies
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of a master's program at a business school, university equivalent, or engineering school
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated interest in luxury jewelry and customer relationship management

Entry-level or no prior professional experience required; however, demonstrated interest in CRM, marketing, or luxury retail is valued.
Education
Master's degree candidate in Business, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent university program; alternatively, engineering school enrollment.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 900 to EUR 1,300 per month.
