FRED is seeking a CRM Campaign and Customer Data Analyst Assistant for a six-month internship starting in January 2027. Reporting to the Global CRM and CRM Data Analyst team, the intern will support client campaigns, performance analysis, customer insights and CRM benchmarking. The internship offers €900–€1,300 gross per month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and manage newsletter campaigns across all markets, including drafting copy in French and English, proposing assets, coordinating translations, building emails on the email platform, preparing audience segments, testing proofs, and scheduling campaigns in the marketing automation tool.
- Coordinate and monitor communications with the image, social media, e-commerce and creative agency teams.
- Develop and implement personalized one-to-one client messages for the sales force in the clienteling tool.
- Report on and analyze one-to-many and one-to-one campaign performance using the business intelligence tool.
- Consolidate monthly reports for management and markets.
- Contribute to customer-data analyses and insights to improve understanding of purchasing behavior.
- Monitor competitors and benchmark CRM and customer experience practices.
Qualifications
- Preparing a master’s degree at a business school, an equivalent university program, or an engineering school.
- Strong interest in the jewelry sector and customer relations.
- Good spoken and written French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI and Photoshop is an advantage.
