Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand key business processes and identify operational and compliance risks across the organization
  • Support teams in implementing effective daily controls and integrating controls into new projects and initiatives
  • Maintain, update, and organize critical documentation including procedures, risk matrices, and audit test results
  • Deploy and oversee operational procedures across the retail boutique network
  • Monitor and test compliance with the Discounts procedure throughout the retail network via formal testing protocols
  • Participate in SAPIN II compliance efforts, including drafting procedures and developing training materials on anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, gift policies, conflicts of interest, and related matters
  • Coordinate and oversee employee training campaigns, reminder communications, and awareness initiatives
  • Create, maintain, and distribute compliance newsletters and communication materials
  • Track and manage annual conflicts of interest disclosure campaigns across the organization
  • Maintain and monitor the gifts and entertainment register in accordance with corporate policy

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree program in Commerce, Business Administration (IAE), or equivalent university program
  • Prior experience in Finance, Internal Audit, or Internal Control—internship or apprenticeship experience within a Big 4 accounting or consulting firm is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated curiosity, rigor, organizational capability, and proactive problem-solving mindset

Experience

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree program at a business school, IAE (Institut d'Administration des Entreprises), or equivalent university institution.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,300 per month.
