FRED seeks a Client Advisor for its La Samaritaine location in Paris. Luxury jewelry sales experience required; fluent English essential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to develop and maximize sales, meeting commercial objectives
- Recruit, develop, and retain local and international clientele through targeted prospecting and relationship management
- Monitor sales performance and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales volume and quality, preparing analytical reports
- Develop and animate the client portfolio with mastery of client KPIs, exemplary portfolio management including appointment scheduling, prospect follow-up, and contactability rates
- Propose initiatives for local client development, including revenue contribution, growth opportunities, and customer acquisition
- Ensure proper wholesale stock management in collaboration with La Samaritaine teams
- Coordinate and facilitate after-sales service (SAV) processes in partnership with the dedicated department
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and retail point-of-sale presentation in accordance with house guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the luxury sector
- Demonstrated expertise in jewelry retail is preferred
- Strong client relationship management capabilities with a genuine priority on customer engagement
- Autonomous in building and managing client portfolios and executing clienteling strategies
- Agile, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Fluent English language proficiency required
