Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and exceptional service to both local and international clientele, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Recruit, develop, and retain a dedicated client portfolio through proactive relationship management, strategic appointments, and prospect follow-up
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs), preparing regular reports on quantitative and qualitative indicators
- Manage the wholesale inventory in coordination with La Samaritaine teams, ensuring stock accuracy and availability
- Oversee after-sales service (SAV) operations, liaising with the dedicated support department
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and point-of-sale presentation in accordance with brand guidelines
- Act as a strategic partner to La Samaritaine, fostering collaborative relationships that enhance the retail experience and commercial performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the luxury sector
- Direct experience in jewelry retail or high-end jewelry is highly desirable
