FRED Jewelry in Singapore seeks a Boutique Manager to lead store operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the boutique team through coaching, regular feedback and structured development plans; recruit talent and secure succession for key roles.
  • Drive sales performance and commercial results by defining and implementing actionable plans, with particular focus on High and Medium jewellery segments.
  • Role-model exceptional client service and the selling ceremony; ensure optimal customer flow and rostering so every client receives personalised attention.
  • Build and expand a loyal client base through proactive clienteling, database development and after‑sales service excellence.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day store operations including inventory control, retail tool adoption (FOH/BOH), facilities upkeep, grooming standards and process harmonisation.
  • Monitor business performance, conduct audits, analyse market trends and share actionable insights with regional stakeholders.
  • Represent the brand locally through networking and events to strengthen market visibility and brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail or jewellery boutique management with demonstrated people leadership.
  • Proven commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing high‑value client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to inspire diverse teams and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage.
  • Proficient with POS systems and retail software; confident user of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong interest in jewellery, fashion, art and culture and a client‑centric mindset.

Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail or jewellery boutique management, demonstrating successful team leadership, client development and sales growth.

Education
