Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets by setting team objectives and implementing strategic sales initiatives
- Analyze business reports and market trends to develop action plans and monitor KPI performance
- Manage, coach, develop, and motivate staff to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals; establish performance expectations and accountabilities
- Oversee roster planning and participate in staff recruitment and succession planning
- Ensure inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control align with brand guidelines
- Maintain housekeeping standards for sales floor, windows, counters, and storage areas
- Oversee store operations including billing, daily reconciliation, cash management, and security procedures
- Lead customer engagement initiatives to recruit, develop, and retain clients; implement activities to drive repeat visits and build loyalty
- Coordinate in-store events with the Marketing team and act as brand ambassador

- Minimum 10 years of supervisory or management experience in luxury retail
