FRED Boutique Manager position in Hong Kong Island; 10+ years luxury retail experience required. Permanent full-time role overseeing store operations and team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets by establishing team and individual performance goals, implementing strategic initiatives to drive sales, and monitoring KPI attainment
- Manage, coach, and motivate staff to achieve sales and performance objectives; allocate individual qualitative and quantitative targets and establish performance expectations
- Oversee monthly staff roster planning and ensure adherence to brand grooming and presentation guidelines
- Conduct daily team briefings to communicate objectives and drive results
- Manage inventory levels, supervise stock transfers, and conduct inventory counts and reconciliations
- Ensure stock storage areas are organized and effectively maintained
- Apply brand merchandising guidelines to oversee window displays and interior product rotation
- Maintain highest housekeeping standards across sales floor, windows, counters, and storage areas
- Oversee store operations including billing, daily reconciliation reports, cash management, and security protocols
- Lead the team in acquiring, building, and maintaining key customer relationships and implementing loyalty initiatives
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand experience to achieve high satisfaction levels
- Act as brand ambassador in accordance with corporate brand guidelines
- Coordinate in-store events with the Marketing department
- Attend to and resolve customer complaints with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of solid retail management experience with a demonstrated successful track record
- Preferably extensive background in luxury retail or high-end jewellery retail
- Advanced fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Diploma or qualification in retail (preferred)
- Proven sales-oriented and results-oriented mindset
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service orientation and customer relations abilities
- Professional presentation and demeanor with strong integrity and trustworthiness
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities

Experience
Minimum 10 years of solid experience in retail management, ideally within luxury or high-end jewellery sectors. The candidate should demonstrate a successful track record of achieving sales targets, leading teams, and managing store operations in a premium retail environment.
Education
Diploma in retail or related field preferred.
