Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Maison visual standards across the Central US territory, ensuring consistency for counters, displays, pop‑ups, outposts and events.
- Partner with the corporate Visual Merchandising team to adapt campaign schematics for North American retail locations and produce visual presentations for HQ, field teams and retail partners.
- Conduct regular store visits and remote reviews to assess VM execution, provide actionable feedback and support corrective actions.
- Lead merchandising education for Brand Ambassadors, Counter Managers and field teams via on‑site coaching and virtual training sessions.
- Coordinate and support store projects, new openings, pop‑ups and HQ‑driven events in collaboration with Brand Field Representatives and retail partners.
- Manage travel schedule and travel budgets; self‑manage travel expenses and related reporting.
- Serve as primary field contact for special visual requests, liaising with Manager, Visual Merchandising, production teams and retail stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience; 3–5 years preferred, ideally within luxury beauty or premium retail.
- Proven ability to execute and uphold elevated visual standards consistent with a luxury fragrance maison.
- Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills; experienced in training and coaching retail teams.
- Strong project ownership with a solution‑oriented mindset and attention to detail; able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Availability to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends) and to travel extensively (50–75% of time).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- French language skills are a plus.
