Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and track retail training programs aligned with HQ guidelines and adapted to the specificities of partner retailers and local teams.
- Recommend targeted training interventions to improve retail performance and sales KPIs in coordination with the Retail Manager.
- Develop and adapt training modules and innovate delivery formats (masterclasses, internal events, canvass sessions).
- Deliver training and coaching sessions to retail staff and allocate team resources to support roll-out.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to integrate product expertise and novelty training into ongoing learning curricula.
- Monitor and measure the impact of training actions on sell-out and team performance, producing follow-up analyses and recommendations.
- Keep abreast of competitor training approaches and retail/consumer trends to inform continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in training and development, preferably within cosmetics or luxury retail.
- Proven competence in training delivery and development of learning materials across soft and hard skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; strong customer orientation with a focus on sales KPIs.
- Ability to analyse retail performance data and translate findings into actionable learning plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English; French is a plus.
- Willingness and availability to travel frequently.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience designing and delivering training programs, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury retail sector, with direct exposure to point-of-sale coaching and sales performance improvement.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline preferred.
