Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the intern and apprentice community: post job ads, screen CVs, perform telephone prescreenings, conduct interviews and produce qualitative debriefs for each candidate.
- Maintain candidate tracking and follow-up through the application lifecycle; handle administrative HR tasks such as drafting internship agreements, alternance contracts and personnel files.
- Design and execute onboarding activities to ensure a seamless integration for campus hires, including organizing induction sessions and coordinating practical logistics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, grandes écoles and alumni networks; organise and attend school events to promote the employer brand.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance the maison’s employer positioning for early-career talent and propose improvements to recruitment and campus engagement practices.
- Support HR projects related to employer communications and campus marketing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school or university programme (business, HR or related discipline).
- Minimum one prior experience in Human Resources (internship or entry-level role).
- Fluent in English.
- Genuine interest in the luxury and perfumery sector; motivated, curious and adaptable.
- Strong sense of service, teamwork, organisation, attention to detail and professional rigour; able to work autonomously.

Experience
At least one prior professional experience in Human Resources, typically an internship or entry-level role involving recruitment or HR administration; experience with campus relations or employer branding is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree from a business school or university in business, human resources or a related field.
