Supply Chain Procurement Manager at Maison Francis Kurkdjian (Paris). Manage inventory and supplier relationships for luxury fragrance production. CDI, hybrid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all procurement activities, manage purchase orders with suppliers according to stock targets and delivery deadlines, and ensure availability of components for production
- Maintain and validate data integrity within the ERP system; participate in resolving delays, non-conformities, and invoice disputes
- Identify process improvement opportunities across procurement workflows, tools, and methodologies; anticipate and manage supply chain disruptions and propose alternative solutions
- Conduct stock level analysis of components to balance availability with minimization of excess inventory; optimize order quantities and delivery frequencies to reduce carrying costs and stockout risks
- Engage directly with suppliers to communicate forecasted needs, monitor key performance indicators (OTIF), and ensure strict adherence to negotiated purchase conditions
- Support implementation of new systems and supply chain tools, including ERP modules and procurement platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in business, engineering, or equivalent, with specialization in Supply Chain Management (cosmetics industry preferred)
- Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in procurement and inventory management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Power BI knowledge is advantageous
- Professional fluency in French and English

5–7 years of hands-on experience in procurement and inventory management within a manufacturing or luxury goods environment. Demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiation, ERP data management, and supply chain optimization. Background in the cosmetics or luxury fragrance industry is preferred.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) from a recognized business school, engineering school, or university with specialization in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the cosmetics or luxury goods sector.
