Maison Francis Kurkdjian seeks supply chain & orders administration intern in Paris for January 2027. Six-month internship supporting France and export ADV operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Verify and update purchase orders and pricing information within operational systems
- Support the supply team in tracking product allocations across France and export channels
- Serve as liaison between order and supply teams to monitor stock ruptures, track incoming inventory, and confirm system availability
- Monitor daily distribution of catalog and new product launches
- Extract and analyze sales data against allocated quantities to identify trends and discrepancies
- Track customer payments and prepare payment follow-up communications
- Record customer account statements
- Manage and follow up on customer claims and escalations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (business school or equivalent)
- Fluent in English
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business software systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Internship or practical coursework experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management is advantageous.
