Role & Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed objectives for distribution channels.
• Execute store-level strategies including events, merchandising, training, and staffing.
• Develop strong business partnerships and an exemplary in-store selling team.
• Conduct sales performance and goal reviews with Brand Ambassadors and store management.
• Plan and execute in-store seasonal sales and events with store executive teams.
• Coordinate with the National Events Director for event planning and execution.
• Communicate business trends and competitive insights within the region.
• Maintain weekly communication with the Regional Sales Director regarding performance and issues.
• Conduct extensive in-store and virtual training on product knowledge and marketing strategy.
• Coach product specialists on clienteling, email etiquette, and new launch execution.
• Ensure presentation guidelines are executed to brand standards.
• Manage expense guidelines and projections for travel and store activities.
• Utilize the MFK Backstage App for training and information updates.
• Complete monthly store damage assessments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership experience.
• Located in Bergen County, NJ.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with store departments and management.
• Strong people skills for recruiting and selecting Brand Ambassadors.
• Demonstrated strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Professionalism and integrity under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Expert business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic ability.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work flexible hours.
• High store visibility with 85% of time spent in-store.

Salary range of $95,000-$105,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
