Maison Francis Kurkdjian seeks a Sales Ambassador in Paris. Permanent, full-time luxury retail role requiring 3+ years fragrance/luxury retail experience and multilingual abilities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody and communicate the brand's values and heritage through refined presentation and inspirational storytelling, serving as an eloquent ambassador to clients and stakeholders
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships through personalized service, attentive listening, and exceptional post-sale engagement to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value
  • Maintain and enrich the CRM database with precise, confidential client information to enable sophisticated targeted clienteling strategies
  • Drive sales performance by exceeding revenue targets and KPIs including sales volume, average transaction value, conversion rate, units per transaction, and customer retention
  • Monitor and optimize daily key performance indicators including Net Promoter Score, inventory turnover, client acquisition, and customer traffic patterns
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and retail guidelines established by headquarters, ensuring optimal stock organization and impeccable store presentation
  • Participate in retail training, brand education, and market initiatives to deepen product knowledge and enhance consultative selling capabilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience in luxury or designer fragrance environments
  • Demonstrated mastery of conversational skills and storytelling in both French and English; proficiency in an additional foreign language is highly valued
