Maison Francis Kurkdjian is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant for France and Export to support order management, supply monitoring, customer finance and complaints. This full-time, six-month internship starts in January 2027 and is based in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Administration team and contribute to logistics and supply activity monitoring.
- Verify and update purchase orders.
- Update prices in the software.
- Assist the team in tracking product allocations.
- Liaise with the Supply team to monitor stockouts, report stock arrivals and check system availability.
- Monitor the daily availability of production for catalogue products and new launches.
- Track stockouts.
- Extract sales analyses comparing shipments with allocated quantities.
- Monitor customer payments.
- Prepare payment reminders.
- Record customer account statements.
- Manage and follow up on customer complaints.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a business school or equivalent, and seeking a gap-year or final-year internship.
- Interest in the luxury sector.
- Dynamic, rigorous and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with varied stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects.
- Proficient in computer tools, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- An interest in perfumery is an advantage.
