Maison Francis Kurkdjian is seeking a Retail Visual Merchandising Assistant for a full-time, six-month internship starting January 5, 2026, in Paris. The intern will support seasonal installations, planograms, international visual merchandising concepts, campaign assets, trend monitoring, and the store lab.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of seasonal window displays and pop-ups with Visual Merchandising project managers, including advance scheduling, product and point-of-sale display orders, site visits, installation checks, photographic reporting, and local execution reviews.
- Contribute to planograms for future points of sale and assist with remote installation coordination and photographic report follow-up.
- Support the international Visual Merchandising team in developing activation concepts, including pop-ups, window displays, displays, spatial design, and bespoke personalisation.
- Help manage the visual asset database; coordinate campaign changes with the cropping agency, distribute assets to markets, and check compliance with guidelines and correct installation.
- Monitor competitors, trends, and best practices.
- Manage the Maison’s mini-boutique, the “store lab,” keeping it presentable and preparing future Visual Merchandising elements for testing and approval.

- Student at a business school or a visual merchandising school.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Creative, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
