Maison Francis Kurkdjian in Paris seeks a Retail Sales Intern (May–Sept) for an on-site, full-time boutique role; August presence required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome local and international clients according to the maison’s luxury service standards and deliver a personalised client experience.
- Drive point-of-sale performance by actively contributing to sales targets and conversion.
- Support the implementation of commercial and marketing initiatives within the boutique.
- Manage and enrich the client database and execute clienteling and loyalty actions.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate merchandising and visual standards.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand by providing expert product advice on luxury fragrances and ensuring an impeccable in-store experience.
- Work under the supervision of the store manager and collaborate with the boutique team to uphold operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme in business, retail, hospitality or a related commercial discipline.
- Strong commercial temperament with a genuine interest in luxury retail and niche perfumery.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second foreign language is advantageous.
- Energetic, proactive, customer-focused and comfortable working within a multicultural environment.
- Mandatory full-time availability during August; start dates flexible between May and September depending on candidate availability.
