Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Maison with elegance and professionalism, maintaining impeccable presentation and delivering an inspirational brand narrative.
  • Provide bespoke, high-touch client experiences that cultivate loyalty and reflect the Maison’s standards of service.
  • Develop and enrich the client database (CRM) by accurately and confidentially recording qualitative client information to enable effective follow-up and personalised outreach.
  • Contribute to store commercial performance by achieving individual sales targets and supporting collective objectives defined by store management and commercial leadership.
  • Monitor and act on daily retail KPIs — including sales, average basket, conversion rate, units per transaction, NPS, retention and traffic metrics — to optimise performance.
  • Ensure operational excellence by applying head-office directives (Retail Education, Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing), maintaining merchandising guidelines and overseeing stock organisation.

Qualifications

  • Vocational diploma or degree in commerce, retail, hospitality or equivalent professional training preferred.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail sales within luxury, high-end perfumery or a related premium environment.
  • Proven commercial aptitude with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong service orientation and ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Fluency in French and English; an additional foreign language is a strong asset.

Experience

Minimum three years of direct retail experience in luxury goods, high-end perfumery or designer beauty, with evidence of commercial performance and client development.

Education

Vocational diploma or degree in commerce, retail, hospitality or equivalent; formal retail or sales training advantageous.
