Maison Francis Kurkdjian — Lyon: Part-time (24h) Retail Sales Advisor to represent the Maison, drive clienteling and achieve retail KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Maison with polished presentation and an inspirational, brand-aligned sales discourse.
- Deliver highly personalised client experiences and bespoke fragrance consultations to cultivate loyalty.
- Manage and enrich the client database (CRM) with accurate, confidential qualitative information to support clienteling and marketing initiatives.
- Drive store performance by achieving individual and collective sales targets and optimising KPIs (sales, average basket, conversion rate, units per transaction, NPS).
- Implement and respect head-office directives (Retail Education, Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing) and merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain the point of sale to the Maison’s visual and operational standards and ensure optimal stock organisation.
Qualifications
- Commercial diploma or equivalent vocational qualification in sales, retail or business.
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or prestige perfumery sales.
- Fluent in French and professionally proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven clienteling skills, discretion in handling customer data and strong conversational storytelling ability.
- Commercially driven, proactive, resilient and comfortable working to sales targets.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience within luxury, prestige cosmetics or perfumery, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, retention and meeting commercial objectives.
Education
Diploma or degree in commerce, retail sales or equivalent vocational training; relevant professional qualifications in luxury retail are desirable.
