Maison Francis Kurkdjian (LVMH) seeks a Retail Coordinator Intern in Paris for six-month role beginning January 2027, managing retail performance data and network analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Extract and consolidate quantitative data (Sell-In/Sell-Out) across the entire retail and wholesale network, including boutiques, department stores, and independent retailers
- Collect and analyze qualitative field information in collaboration with regional teams and management
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management
- Monitor and analyze product launches and point-of-sale promotional activities
- Create and drive commercial challenges to energize the retail network
- Support the preparation of commercial and budgetary presentations for the department
- Enhance existing reporting systems through simplification and automation of dashboards, and introduce new tools aligned with business requirements
- Propose improvements to Power BI dashboards in coordination with group IT and worldwide Data Intelligence department
- Conduct competitive intelligence within the retail sector
- Assist the Retail Director in commercial development and store implementation projects
- Participate in specific retail project management
- Prepare and facilitate weekly meetings with retail teams and document meeting minutes
- Monitor sales reconciliation for consignment points of sale
- Provide daily support and communication with field teams
- Collaborate with headquarters retail team and assist with logistics for events including meetings, training sessions, and inventory activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school, university, or equivalent institution
- Previous on-site experience and/or experience within a retail department, ideally in versatile roles
- Strong data analysis and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills and priority management abilities
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Team-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and escalate alert points effectively

No specific prior professional experience required; entry-level position. Previous internship or on-site retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in commerce, business administration, or equivalent higher education program.
