Role & Responsibilities

  • Validate regulatory compliance of finished-product labeling under the supervision of the Regulatory Affairs manager.
  • Review Product Information Files (Dossiers d’Information Produits) and monitor ongoing projects from a regulatory perspective with internal and external partners.
  • Verify CPNP submissions performed by external partners and process internal notifications for Europe and the UK.
  • Manage international product registration and dossier submissions.
  • Participate in development follow-up meetings with R&D, packaging and commercial teams.
  • Provide regulatory support and respond to questions from internal departments, markets and distributors.
  • Contribute to impact analyses related to regulatory evolutions and maintain regulatory tracking.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or eligible for an apprenticeship (alternance) starting September 2026; Master-level studies (Bac+4/5) or equivalent in chemistry, pharmacy, biology, cosmetology or a closely related scientific discipline.
  • Familiarity with EU Cosmetics Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009) and ideally with international cosmetic regulatory frameworks.
  • Ideally one prior internship or professional exposure to cosmetic regulatory affairs.
  • Highly organized, rigorous, proactive, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Technical English proficiency and fluent use of Microsoft Office (Pack Office).
