Maison Francis Kurkdjian, a prestigious luxury perfume house founded in 2009 and part of LVMH, seeks a Quality Assurance Assistant on an alternance (apprenticeship) contract. The candidate will support the Operations Director as part of the quality management team, overseeing product quality monitoring, non-conformity analysis, and the development of quality management systems while contributing to internal quality training programs and the digitalization of quality standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure product quality across manufacturing processes
- Analyze non-conformities and customer complaints to identify root causes
- Implement corrective and preventive action plans following quality investigations
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the quality management system
- Design and deliver internal quality training programs to operational teams
- Digitalize quality standards and documentation systems
- Support the quality engineer in operational quality assessments and audits
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree (engineering school, business school, or university master's) with specialization in Quality Management
- Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (continuous improvement, 5 Why analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, problem-solving frameworks)
- Demonstrated aptitude for digitalization and numerical tools
- Detail-oriented with pragmatic approach to translating quality requirements into actionable field initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for training delivery and team engagement

No prior professional experience required; strong foundational knowledge of quality principles and processes expected.
Education
Current student in a Bac+4/5 program (engineering school, business school, or university master's degree) with specialization in Quality Management or related discipline.
