Maison Francis Kurkdjian (LVMH) seeks Quality Assurance Officer in Paris. Manage quality systems, supplier compliance, and finished product release in this hybrid CDI role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, formalize, deploy and update processes, procedures, and quality documentation necessary to control all Maison activities, ensuring coherence, compliance, and robustness of applicable quality documentation
  • Support services in formalizing practices and implementing process controls; ensure quality requirement application across departments and contribute to team ownership
  • Conduct internal audits and participate in defining, implementing, and monitoring associated corrective action plans
  • Qualify new suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with Development and Procurement teams, ensuring compliance with group quality processes
  • Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quality performance against internal standards and group directives; plan and monitor audits and surveillance activities
  • Conduct on-site supplier process audits, track identified deviations, pilot associated action plans, and secure sourcing of components and finished products
  • Execute finished product batch release following established procedures, including documentary review of analysis certificates and required quality elements
  • Release finished products in the ERP system in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements; guarantee traceability, reliability, and conformity of associated data and documentation
  • Manage deviations, non-conformities, and discrepancies related to finished products; coordinate investigations to identify root causes, define corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their implementation and effectiveness
  • Provide operational quality support to teams; contribute to non-conformity resolution, defect panel creation, and pre-series tracking

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in quality, chemistry, cosmetics, pharmacy, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years confirmed experience in quality roles, preferably in the cosmetics industry or comparable regulated environments
  • Production site experience highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance principles, documentation management, and process formalization
  • Essential knowledge of ISO 22716 standard; familiarity with Chinese CSAR regulations constitutes a strong asset
  • Confirmed experience in supplier quality management, non-conformity management, and corrective action plan monitoring
  • Proficiency in standard office software and ERP systems
  • Professional English required
  • Strong autonomy, rigor, analytical capability, and structured thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally
