Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on product quality across finished goods and production batches.
  • Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints, perform root cause analysis and drive corrective action plans.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Design and deliver internal training programmes to raise quality awareness and adherence to standards.
  • Digitalise and maintain quality standards, records and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams (development, supply chain, manufacturing).
  • Liaise with manufacturing sites, development teams and supply chain partners to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a 3rd‑year engineering programme or a postgraduate cycle in Quality Management (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
  • Keen interest in industrial environments, technical product issues and manufacturing processes.
  • Rigorous, pragmatic and detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in French and comfortable speaking English.
