Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of press materials including press kits, press releases, and content translations and localization
- Support the organization and coordination of press events in France and internationally
- Maintain and update French and international press media databases
- Coordinate press relations initiatives across markets
- Compile and analyze weekly and monthly press reviews; evaluate and report on press coverage outcomes for France and international markets; manage journalist inquiries
- Contribute to annual reports and monitor PR performance through KPI analysis and consolidation
- Organize product seeding to media and manage press inventory
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of Marketing and Communication studies, business school, or Master's program
- Ideally possesses prior experience in press relations, influencer relations, or communications
- Fluent in English and French (written, read, spoken)
- Strong sensitivity to luxury and fragrance sectors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with specialized tools such as DMR, Launchmetrics (LuQi), or Lefty is highly valued
Skills
Experience
Beginner level preferred, with ideally some prior experience in press relations, influencer engagement, or communications roles.
Education
Currently enrolled in a final year Bachelor's program in Marketing and Communication, business school program, or Master's degree.
