Maison Francis Kurkdjian (LVMH) seeks Product Manager for Development in Paris to lead haute parfumerie product launches. CDI, hybrid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development projects from creative briefing through market launch, orchestrating collaboration between internal teams and external artisans
- Ensure coordination and adherence to briefs from the Creation Committee and Master Perfumer, managing detailed project timelines and key milestones
- Develop technical feasibility and profitability studies for presentation to production committees and senior management
- Coordinate cross-functional 360-degree launches in alignment with Maison values, managing schedules across Studio, Operations, Communications, Media, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Retail Education, and Marketing
- Integrate environmental performance principles into all projects in accordance with the Maison's CSR policy
- Establish and maintain internal validation charters for all product development documentation, ensuring compliance and quality standards
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to identify trends and best practices
- Prepare materials for and actively participate in Creation Committees, drafting precise product briefs and compelling sales narratives
- Monitor and analyze activity reporting and project management tools across all product launches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing from a business school or university
- Minimum 3–5 years of confirmed professional experience, preferably within haute parfumerie, cosmetics, or luxury sectors
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of environmental and sustainability issues
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English (written and oral)

Confirmed professional experience of 3–5 years minimum, ideally within haute parfumerie, cosmetics, or the luxury sector. Demonstrated success in managing complex product development initiatives, market analysis, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Education
