Maison Francis Kurkdjian seeks Product Assistant Intern in Paris to support product development and collections strategy during six-month internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in new product development by creating prototypes and execution documentation in liaison with creative agencies, assembling mood boards, and proposing packaging and marketing concepts
- Track product launches alongside product managers and communicate with internal departments (purchasing, packaging development, formulation, laboratory, regulatory, supply chain) to ensure adherence to timelines and project progression
- Conduct competitive intelligence and trend analysis throughout the internship to inform understanding of market dynamics and contribute to development strategy formulation
- Perform quantitative analyses on the house's category performance and participate in the annual Brand Review
- Support comprehensive launch planning including digital and print activation, photography coordination, post-production follow-up, marketing communications, and presentations
- Provide operational and administrative support to the department
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed Master's-level studies (BAC+4/BAC+5) in business, marketing, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum six months of prior experience in product marketing or similar function
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury fragrance and cosmetics sector with strong aesthetic sensibility
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with aptitude for numerical data
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities

The candidate should have completed at least six months of prior professional experience in product marketing or a closely related product management function, demonstrating successful project ownership and proactive execution in a structured environment.
Education
Currently pursuing or holder of a Master's degree (BAC+4 or BAC+5) from a business school, university programme (IAE), or equivalent higher education institution.
