Maison Francis Kurkdjian apprenticeship: Press Relations and Events Assistant role in Paris, supporting media relations and event coordination in the luxury fragrance sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare press materials including press kits, press releases, translations, and content adaptations
- Support organization and coordination of press events in France and internationally
- Maintain and update press contact databases for France and international markets
- Coordinate press relations actions with market teams and stakeholders
- Compile, analyze, and distribute weekly and monthly media coverage reports and press coverage metrics
- Manage journalist inquiries and media requests
- Participate in annual reporting and PR performance tracking through KPI analysis and consolidation
- Organize product handovers to media and manage press inventory stock
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of Marketing and Communication degree, business school, or university-level master's program
- Prior experience in press relations, influencer relations, or communications preferred
- Demonstrated writing and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and French (written, read, and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Passion for luxury and fragrance sectors
- Analytical mindset with affinity for performance indicators
